Jubilee Lake Tea Rooms Wootton Bassett

Jubilee Lake Tea Rooms is a small family run cabin located at Jubilee Lake, and can be found next to the large play park. They serve homemade toasties, baguettes, beautiful coffee, hot chocolate, the most incredible cakes, and much more. They have a large car park with two disabled spaces. There is a woodland nature walk, a lovely lake to walk around, a large children’s play park, and the café. The whole site is wheelchair accessible, although if you want to do the woodland walk/ lake there is a hill (well tarmacked). There are disabled toilets to the rear of the café. Toilets, café and park are all flat and easily accessible from the car park. Café, park and toilets all easily accessible, lake and woodland walk have a steep hill, but is well tarmacked.

The Tea Rooms are opened Thursday to Sundays 10am to 4pm. To find out about any specials or changes to dates and times visit their facebook page https://en-gb.facebook.com/Teaatthepark/ (if they are opening extra or closing early, they always update the page).

The staff are always so kind and friendly, and you can even buy your duck food to take down to the lake. The cakes and coffee are honestly the best I’ve tasted! It’s a real hidden gem. They even have dog ice cream!

There is a ramp to get into the entrance of the café, but it could be a little tricky for wheelchair users. However, as it’s family run it’s small and friendly, the staff will pop out and go through the menu and take your order if that’s preferable, and they bring food and drinks to your table. There is indoor and outdoor seating available. The best bit is if you have children who want to play in the park, you can have your coffee and watch them play! The lake is very picturesque and has ducks and sometimes geese. Each year they have ducklings roaming around which is lovely.
